Megan recently began working at En Masse - we became acquainted last year when we designed her wedding flowers!

MEAGAN'S FLOWERS

LAURIE'S ROMANTIC MOMENT

Laurie was a most romantic girl and preferred "old-fashioned" flowers.  As you can see it suited her so well.  Congratulations Laurie - we wish you the very best.  You were such a beautiful bride.  Pictures by Roman Photography.

FOR JUDY

Judy's dress was a deep pewter and she wore fab heels to match.  Both the ceremony and reception took place in the incredible ballroom at the George Washington Hotel, Winchester, VA. 
She asked us for deep, warm-tone flowers with no pastels.  We decided on a wonderful palette of florals including black magic roses, black beauty roses, el toro roses, red mikado spray roses, junglestar amaryllis, burgundy cymbidium, seeded eucalyptus, artemesia, agonis foliage, barker bush and cryptomeria japonica cristata.  All centerpieces were presented in footed Reed & Barton crystal compotes set on mirrors with candles underneath.

WEDDING OPEN HOUSE AT BREWERS

Nice way to spend a beautiful Sunday afternoon - meeting brides and helping them plan the big event.  We joined Mare Flanagan as she brought local vendors together to showcase talent, skills and merchandise.  Thanks to Candy Kitchen for the scrummy chocolate treats! 
En Masse brought along flowers, candles and jewelry.

STUDIO C PHOTOGRAPHY

Susan Centineo from Studio C Photography rushed into En Masse one day a couple of weeks ago and asked, "Do you have a bouquet I could borrow for a shoot?"

Of course we did.  ( We always have a little something on hand.)  She's good...really good.  Brought it back in half an hour and immortalized it for us.  Thanks Susan..

Also, I LOVE the dress in the second shot.  TLC Bridal is the place to go in Frederick for a wedding gown.

ALL HALLOWS EVE WEDDING

Stoney Creek Farm in Boonsboro, Maryland is a perfect bucolic setting for a fall wedding but take it up a notch and do it on Halloween day with costumes and faeries and you've got an unforgettable event. PARTY BRIDE

Andrea, another "Party Bride" at En Masse, brought her friends and family on Friday morning for a design session to make their own wedding flowers. Great job everyone and congratulations to the bride and groom!

MEGAN & DAN @ THE INNER HARBOR

Under the tent overlooking the Inner Harbor at Baltimore. Tonight we're thinking of Megan & Dan - Congratulations - we just know it's a spectacular evening! You guys lucked out. Next stop Australia...

Centerpieces with red undertones in their slinky little vases in red sleeves. Had to get out the trusty sewing machine for the sleeves. Wow - I can still sew but keep it simple please.

NO PETALS BOUQUET

The (rose) petals are at Jessica's wedding. The (rose) stems are at En Masse. Sometimes we get punchy. (Maybe an eco-bride would like this one?)

Done a million times and still just as effective. The calla does it again.

RITA GOT MARRIED

Wishing you well Rita and congratulations too. This bouquet contains Saracena, black mini callas, baby green hydrangea, green cymbidiums, jade trachelium, green hypericum, green dianthus, hardy succulents, hosta leaves, Israeli ruscus, dusty miller and maidenhair fern. Look Ma, No Roses!

TROPICAL BOUQUET FOR THIS WEEK'S BRIDE

Bouquets contain: Phalaenopsis, long gloriosa, oncidium orchids, cattleya orchids, orange dahlias, green cymbidium, burgundy cymbidium, red anthurium. Jessica, I know you were beautiful as a bride and the weather was perfect yesterday just for you. Hope you liked your bouquet...

AGAIN WITH THE PAPER FLOWERS

Lauren loves specialty papers and made these flowers for her wedding bouquet (and she says she's not creative). En Masse assembled them for her. Poppy red and robin's egg blue.
