RENOVATION AND EXPANSION FOR EN MASSE

We're finally to the tweaking point.  Most of the big work is behind us and the expansion is almost complete. Here are a few shots from around the store. A huge THANK YOU to the crew.  You guys rock.

SEDA FRANCE @ EN MASSE

I LOVE this line.  Have never before found a scent which actually deepens over time and this one does.  The longer you have it the better it smells.  And the packaging...ooh aah... Our customers pilgrimage here to buy it.

GROWTH IS GOOD

En Masse is expanding... new studio space across the street from the store. What could be more convenient? Now we can have classes again and accommodate those big events we keep booking! Wish me well while I paint and get things set up (come on over and help if you want). GROWTH IS GOOD.

HOLIDAY WINDOW

Now here's a good conundrum we face every year at the holidays... how do you present an enticing window which will cover the entire season beginning at Thanksgiving and ending at New Year?  Generally I have a theory that everyone should be able to see INTO the store and have a good view of the flowers while they see our holiday decor.  So we have to do a visible/invisible trick-of-the-eye window.  Also, I like to keep it as deceptively simply as possible.

Most times this involves the ceiling and lots of ladder time.  Our poor ceiling is riddled with years gone by holes and tiny bits of (now forgotten) decor.  I think hanging designs give us the most bang for our buck by leaving the floor open for change.  Snowy floors make a nice clean palette for weekly changeovers.

SUMMER STOREFRONT AT EN MASSE

We're on a paper flower kick - it's too too much fun!
